oliprok.sk does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you. Data processing is limited to what is technically necessary to display the page. The following types of data are involved:
Consent preference cookie (gdpr): A single cookie stored on the .oliprok.sk domain for 182 days. It records whether you acknowledged the cookie notice so the banner does not reappear. It contains no personal data. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Google Fonts (all pages): The website font (Outfit) is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Your IP address is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited as part of this request. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing a consistent visual experience.
QR code library (Lightning donation only): If you open the Lightning Network donation QR code, the qrcodejs library is loaded on demand from cdnjs.cloudflare.com to render the code in your browser. Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare, Inc. as part of this request. It is not loaded unless you click to reveal the QR. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Project previews (Projects portfolio page only): The page at /projects-portfolio shows miniature screenshots of the project websites. The screenshots are static images served from this site, so nothing is loaded from the project sites themselves and no data is transmitted to them. Opening a project happens only when you click its card, which takes you to the project site in a new tab.
Cloudflare infrastructure (all pages): The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes network traffic and may log IP addresses as part of normal infrastructure operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
dl.oliprok.sk: The download service at dl.oliprok.sk displays advertising and uses additional third-party services. It is covered by its own separate cookie policy at dl.oliprok.sk/cookies.
Note on declining: Clicking “Decline” records your preference and dismisses the banner. To fully prevent the Google Fonts and QR-library requests, use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.
3. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers
Google Fonts — Google Ireland Limited (EEA) / Google LLC (US). IP address sent on font load. Transfers to the US covered by standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Cloudflare (infrastructure for all pages, plus the on-demand QR-code library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — Cloudflare, Inc. (US). The site runs on Cloudflare Workers; Cloudflare processes network traffic and may log IP addresses as part of normal infrastructure operation. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Self-hosting alternative: Google Fonts and the QR-code library can be served directly from our own servers, eliminating third-party data transfers entirely. This may be implemented in a future update.
4. Data Retention
Consent cookie (gdpr): 182 days, then expires automatically. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser cookies for oliprok.sk.
Google Fonts IP logs: retained according to Google's own policies (typically 9–18 months).
Cloudflare network / cdnjs logs: retained according to Cloudflare's own policies.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
Access the personal data processed about you and request a copy.
Request the rectification or erasure of your data. The consent cookie can be removed by clearing your browser cookies for oliprok.sk; for any other request, contact mail@oliprok.sk.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest — for example, by blocking the Google Fonts and QR-library requests with a content blocker.
